My New Healthy Life !

So this year has been a bit wild with trying to adjust to the states again and moving in with my inlaws and sean's job but we are doing well ! My mother in law decided she wanted to try a detox program by Dr. Sara Gottfried and asked me to join her so i did. I was very nervous and had a hard time with it at 1st but now I am so glad i did it and I feel so much healthier its unreal! I even lost my sugar cravings and a few pounds, I don't want to give up the healthy lifestyle I want to continue. I encourage all of my friends to try to be more healthy this year ! It can be very easy ! If you have aldis near you they have a lot of organic foods now and it won't break your budget ! Here are a few meals, drinks I have made while on the detox.
Lavendar, Oat straw, and Camomile Organic tea Leaves !

Turkey burger with a Gluten free bun, tomato, lettuce and vegan mayo !

Mix 2 ripe bananas, 1t. Vanilla, 2 eggs then add frozen (warmed up) berries to the top !

Baked chicken with Olive oil, garlic rubbed on top !

Sweet potato chili !

These are just a couple projects i did this month ! thought i would share !

Summer 2013 !
My husband was actually home this summer . the last 2 years he has been away so it was a good summer ! We went to Paris for a day, and I had the best time i think ive ever had in my life! I was so amazed that we were there i took it all in very slowly and enjoyed every moment of the day !!! For the 4th we Camped in the alps with great friends and saw some amazing sites !! The rest of the summer we just hung out at the house, grilled a lot, had a few dinner parties and took the doggy on lots of walks !! Best summer I have had since we have been married !!!

I was so obsessed about with the Eiffel tower and the carousel !! i wish i had taken more pics now but everyone wanted to cross back over to the other side to take pics ! it was a wonderful say in Paris with amazing friends that i will Never forget !!

The macaroons melted in your mouth .....i thought they were more like a cookie but they were so light and fluffy !!!

This is True Paris !!! Amazing little places to eat everywhere !

we stopped and had some amazing food at this little place off the beaten path ! And they had a mirror on the ceiling !!! so theres all of us eating our amazing food !!!!

So we went camping 4th of july weekend in Garmisch (the most beautiful place on earth) and had a Blast with great friends !!!

Spent one day at Lake Eibsee and went paddle boating and the kiddos swam and we had a great picnic lunch on the lake !!

Best part of the day for sure was when we hiked up the mountain a little bit and found this Awesome moss heart on the big rock !!!! I'm wondering if someone made it or it naturally grew there !

Winter Cold !

So its so cold over here in germany. The weather channel says were colder then Siberia ! Ha ! And we really have no snow at all if its gonna be cold it would b nice to have some snow lol ! Were headed to Garmish, Germany on sunday ! :D SO very excited can't wait !
